        • As a Design Program Lead on the North America Design Services Team, I collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams to develop and execute design strategies aligned with business goals. I oversee the full lifecycle of design projects—from concept to completion—ensuring high-quality, consistent deliverables that meet brand standards and enhance the user experience. I play a key role in defining and maintaining the visual identity of our work, creating design guidelines, and leading efforts in research, prototyping, testing, and iteration. I manage critical, high-revenue sales opportunities by transforming provided content into compelling visual assets such as interactive presentations, posters, placemats, videos, or innovative formats that support sales meetings and customer engagement. Working across multiple time zones and under tight deadlines, I also serve as the team’s Project Manager, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality across all projects. Additionally, I act as a live Graphic Recorder during client meetings, visually capturing conversations to create impactful summaries that enhance collaboration and understanding.
